What Happens After You Reach Out

When you contact Vividcdelta, your message goes directly to a senior advisor — not to a sales team or an intake form that gets processed a week later. We respond to every enquiry within one business day, and we typically schedule an initial consultation within three to five business days. In that first call, we listen more than we talk. You describe your situation, we ask questions, and at the end we give you an honest preliminary view of whether offshore structuring makes sense for you. There's no fee for the initial call, and there's no obligation to engage us further. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you what kind of specialist you actually need.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to set up an offshore structure?

Costs vary significantly by jurisdiction. A basic Mauritius GBC structure typically costs between KSh 180,000 and KSh 280,000 for incorporation and first-year compliance. BVI and UAE structures range higher, from KSh 250,000 to KSh 500,000 depending on the entity type and banking requirements. We give you a detailed cost estimate before any engagement begins.

Is offshore structuring legal for Kenyan residents?

Yes — provided the structure is properly disclosed to the KRA where required, income is correctly reported, and the entity has a genuine commercial rationale. Offshore structuring becomes illegal only when it is used to conceal income or evade Kenyan tax obligations. We advise on full-compliance structures only.

Do you work with clients outside Mombasa?

Yes. Our client base spans Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. We conduct most advisory and compliance work by video call, with in-person meetings in Mombasa available for clients who prefer face-to-face engagement. We also occasionally travel to Nairobi for larger client engagements.

How long does the full structuring process take?

From first advisory session to a live international bank account, most Mauritius structures take 8–12 weeks. UAE structures typically take 10–14 weeks. Georgia is often the fastest at 4–8 weeks. Singapore and Cayman are slower, at 14–20 weeks, due to their more rigorous onboarding processes.
